APAE Konsult AB was founded by Lars Färnevik in the spring of 2009. The name of the company is an abbreviation of the saying A Posse Ad Esse - From possibility to reality. A saying that is not only the name of the company, but also a promise. A promise of progress and development, a promise of accurate delivery and trust. It guides us to help you realize your dreams and put them to life.
The company is based in Gothenburg, Sweden, but has all of Europe as it’s area of business.

Lars has a professional background spanning various industries where he has been an appreciated leader providing solutions in both management and product development. Lars is a trained coach and experiences manager, with the client’s needs at heart.

KARIN FÄRNEVIK
Karin joined the company in February, 2021. Karin has a background in the Built Environment and defended her Licentiate Thesis at Chalmers University of Technology within the field of Construction Management in 2012. Karin has a long experience from academia encompassing Life Long Learning, Professional training Business Management and Utilization. She is an appreciated project manager and a skilled coach.

MARIA GUSED
Maria joined APAE Konsult in May, 2022. What drives Maria is the development of individuals and groups to reach their full potential. She has several years of experience in leadership training from the Swedish Armed Forces. Maria is trained supervisor in accordance with Swedish Armed Forces leadership concepts (LoS, UGL and UL), and she is a trained supervisor for soon-to-be tutors in UGL.
Maria is also a trained professional coach in accordance with ICF standards, something she uses in individual or group sessions, such as team development.
